Sales and Delivery Conditions
1. Goods of proper quality:
1.1. The buyer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller where it was purchased within ten days from the date of purchase, and if the product is not available for sale, receive monetary compensation.
1.2. The buyer's requests for exchange or return of goods are subject to satisfaction in the following cases:
- if the product has not been used;
- its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;
- a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the specified product (sales receipt or cash register receipt);
1.3. Goods of proper quality, in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by Resolution No. 75 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 13, 2003, are not subject to return (will not be accepted back):
1. Products for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (sanitary and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textiles, and other materials, medical devices and medical equipment, oral hygiene products, spectacle lenses, childcare items, and medications).
2. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hairpins, hair curlers, wigs, hairpieces, and other similar products).
3. Perfumes and cosmetics.
4. Textiles (cotton, linen, silk, wool, and synthetic fabrics; nonwoven fabrics such as ribbons, braid, lace, and others); cable products (wires, cords, and cables); construction and finishing materials (linoleum, film, carpeting, and others), and other goods sold by the meter.
5. Garment and knitwear (garment and knitwear, hosiery, and gloves).
6. Food-contact products and materials made of polymeric materials, including single-use items (tableware and kitchen utensils, containers, and packaging for storing and transporting food).
7. Household chemicals, pesticides, and agrochemicals.
8. Furniture (furniture sets and kits).
9. Articles made of precious metals, with precious stones, precious metals with semi-precious and synthetic stone inserts, and cut precious stones.
10. Automobiles, motorized bicycles, trailers, and numbered units for them; mobile means of small-scale mechanization of agricultural work; pleasure boats and other household watercraft.
11. Technically complex household goods with established warranty periods (household metal-cutting and woodworking machines; household electrical machines and appliances; household electronic equipment; household computing and copying equipment; photographic and film equipment; telephones and facsimile equipment; electronic musical instruments; electronic toys).
12. Animals and Plants.
1.4. Returns are processed through the Seller's Delivery Service. To do this, you must:
- call the online store at the phone numbers listed in the "Contacts" section;
- print and complete the "Return Application";
- attach the sales receipt or cash register receipt to the return application.
2. Defective Goods:
2.1. A consumer who was sold a defective product, if the defects are discovered within the warranty period or the product's shelf life, has the right to demand:
- free rectification of the product's defects or reimbursement of the costs of rectifying the defects by the consumer or a third party;
- a proportionate reduction in the purchase price;
Consumer claims are considered upon presentation of a cash register receipt or sales receipt, and for products with warranty periods, a properly executed technical data sheet or other equivalent document.
2.2. The procedure for returning defective goods is as follows:
- By submitting a return request for the Goods, which must specify the specific defect contained in the goods being returned by the Buyer;
- After the request is accepted, the Goods are sent for inspection to a technical service department authorized to perform technical inspections of a specific type of Goods to determine the cause of the defects;
- Following the inspection, the authorized technical service department draws up a conclusion on the causes of the defects.
- If, during the warranty period, the defects in the Goods are due to a manufacturing defect (failure), the Goods are subject to replacement, and if the defects can be technically corrected, the Goods are subject to correction free of charge.
2.3. Replacement ProcedureDefective goods:
- Within 7 days (if there are obvious signs of a manufacturing defect)
- Within 30 days (if additional inspection is required)
- Within 3 months (if a similar brand is not available)
- Within 4 months (for delivery to remote areas).
2.4. Procedure for eliminating product defects:
- Within 20 days (after a full inspection by the technical service department).
2.5. After the expiration of the warranty period, claims are submitted to the manufacturer during the service life.
