Product Warranty
One of the important components of the work of our online store is that the products sold are certified and guaranteed by manufacturers.
For warranty service, you need:
- the warranty card filled out correctly and without any corrections, which must include the model and serial number of the product, the date of sale and the seal of the trading organization;
- proof of purchase (bill of lading);
- complete set of goods.
We also draw your attention to the fact that upon receipt and payment of the order, the buyer, in the presence of the courier, is obliged to check the complete set and appearance of the product for physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and completeness. After the courier leaves, claims on these issues will not be accepted.
Warranty service is not provided if:
- lost or not filled warranty card
- the equipment was delivered to the territory of the country unofficially
- the product shows signs of mechanical damage or tampering
- factory seals broken
- the conditions of use, transportation or storage were violated
- repairs were carried out by persons who are not employees of an authorized service center
- used non-original components
