Sales and Delivery Conditions
1. Terms of Delivery:
We deliver according to INCOTERMS EXW (ex-works) with our logistics partners UPS and BTS with the following conditions to the countries listed below.
No shipping costs for deliveries to CIS countries for orders with a total value of 150 USD net and more.
Please note: Additional costs can be incurred when ordering bulky goods or larger products.

*a low order fee of 12.50 Euro (plus taxes) applies for orders with a value of less than 50 Euro.

Delivery only available upon request and agreement with LPS.
2. Terms of use:
Our product range is aimed exclusively at commercial customers. First time customers need to provide an appropriate certificate (business registration, extract from the commercial register) upon request.The content in our catalogue is non-binding information. The content of the catalogues are constantly updated by us. We cannot guarantee that mistakes are out of the question. No liability is accepted for any errors.
3. Pricing Terms:
The quotations are net prices to which value added tax (VAT) will be added if you reside in the European Union. Please note that we require your tax identification number for VAT exempt deliveries within the EU.
4. Payment Methods:
100% prepayment.You will find the different payment methods when you proceed to checkout. These may differ depending on the client relationship: Invoice, VISA, MASTER CARD, UNION PAY, MIR, Yandex Money, QIWI. Payments are being processed with our payment provider OCTO.UZ.
5. Returns:
Should you find fault with an ordered item, please contact us first. Use the following Return Form to return the item.
