Rigaku NEX DE Series

Rigaku NEX DE series spectrometers provide rapid, non-destructive, multi-element analysis—covering concentrations ranging from low parts-per-million (ppm) levels to high weight percent (wt%) levels. The NEX DE is a versatile Rigaku EDXRF spectrometer capable of non-destructive analysis of elements from sodium (Na) to uranium (U) across a wide range of matrices—including homogeneous liquids of any viscosity, solids, thin films, alloys, slurries, powders, and pastes. The series comprises the NEX DE and the NEX DE VS.
